What it is

AI agents write code fast, but they forget everything when the session ends and make up what they don’t know. OAEF sets up the repo so it explains itself: rules, specs, decisions and memory live inside it, for people and agents alike.

The golden rule is an order of trust: the compiler beats the tests, the tests beat the code, and so on down to hallucination, which counts for nothing. It works with 20+ agent tools and 12 stacks.
